Tibetan Yoga

I think about Tibetan Yoga the forgotten yoga. Basic Tibetan Yoga is a sequence of 5 postures. I’ve up to date the 5 Tibetans right into a sequence that I imagine is healthier.

THE CLASSIC FIVE TIBETAN'S
TIBETAN 1
(a) stand in mountain with out stretched arms, 21 circles of the arms,
(b) stand, relaxation with arms on hips for 2 breaths inhaling via the nostril, exhale mouth

TIBETAN 2
(a) on again, toes flexed over hips and arms at sides arms down, elevate legs and head 21x's
(b) stand, relaxation with arms on hips for 2 breaths inhaling via the nostril, exhale mouth

TIBETAN three
(a) kneel, balls toes floor, arms at buttocks, chin tucked, inhale and exhale open, 21x's
(b) stand, relaxation with arms on hips for 2 breaths inhaling via the nostril, exhale mouth

TIBETAN four
(a) sit in workers with chin tucked, inhale, exhale to reversed desk, 21x's
(b) stand, relaxation with arms on hips for 2 breaths inhaling via the nostril, exhale mouth

TIBETAN 5
(a) up canine on balls of toes, inhale, exhale to down canine with heals up, 21x's
(b) stand, relaxation with arms on hips for 2 breaths inhaling via the nostril, exhale mouth

TIBETAN 1
(a) stand in mountain with out stretched arms, circles of the arms, 1 – 24 x's
(b) relaxation in Mountain for a number of breaths

TIBETAN 2
(a) on again, toes flexed over hips and arms at sides arms down, elevate legs and head, 1 – 24 x's
(b) relaxation in Shavasana for a number of breaths

TIBETAN three
(a) kneel, balls toes floor, arms at buttocks, chin tucked, inhale and exhale open, 1 – 24 x's
(b) relaxation in youngster's pose for a number of breaths

TIBETAN four
(a) sit in workers with chin tucked, inhale, exhale to reversed desk, 1 – 24 x's
(b) relaxation in ahead fold for a number of breaths

TIBETAN 5
(a) up canine on balls of toes, inhale, exhale to down canine with heals up, 1 – 24 x's
(b) relaxation on stomach for a number of breaths
